Overview
KennelOS Closed Beta Schedule
This schedule forms part of the KennelOS Terms of Service while a user participates in the closed beta.
1. Beta purpose
The closed beta allows selected breeders to test KennelOS in real workflows and provide feedback before a broader release.
2. Access
Beta access is invitation-only and may be limited by:
- number of users
- jurisdiction
- product readiness
- support capacity
- feature availability
Access may not be transferred without permission.
3. Cost
Unless otherwise stated in writing, closed beta access is free.
Free beta access does not promise free access after the beta.
Before introducing paid access, KennelOS will provide clear pricing and paid-service terms.
4. Beta period
The beta begins on 31 August 2026 and continues until until withdrawn.
KennelOS may extend, shorten or end the beta with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Product changes
During beta:
- features may change
- fields and workflows may change
- features may be disabled
- data migrations may occur
- incomplete features may be hidden
- the product may contain errors
We will take reasonable steps to protect user data and communicate material changes.
6. No service-level agreement
The beta does not include a guaranteed uptime, response time or service-level commitment.
This does not remove obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Appropriate beta data
You should:
- keep independent copies of legally critical records
- avoid uploading unnecessary personal information
- avoid uploading government identity documents
- avoid uploading payment-card information
- use fictional data when testing high-risk or unfinished features
- report data-integrity issues promptly
Real breeder data may be used only when the relevant feature has been approved for external testing.
Real buyer portal data must not be used until portal-specific privacy and access controls are approved.
8. Feedback
You agree that KennelOS may use feedback to improve the service.
We will not publicly identify you or your kennel as a testimonial without separate permission.
Do not include unnecessary personal information in feedback.
9. Support
Beta support is available through nelson@v02.dev.
Expected support hours and response targets, if any:
support hours to be confirmed before publication
These are operational targets and not guaranteed service levels unless expressly agreed.
10. Leaving the beta
You may leave the beta at any time.
Before leaving, export records you need.
Account closure and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy and current deletion process.
11. End of beta
At the end of beta, KennelOS may:
- offer continued access
- offer a paid plan
- extend free access
- provide an export period
- discontinue the service
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
12. Known limitations
At the time of publication, disclose known material limitations, including:
- state compliance depth
- manual deletion processes
- public file URL limitations
- unsupported payment processing
- incomplete buyer portal functions
- unsupported native apps
- any untested backup or restore limitation
Do not use a generic statement where a specific limitation is known.
